Adena is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist trained at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda.  Ayurveda aims to get us in touch with our body's ability to heal itself by coming into alignment with the rhythms of nature.  Utilizing Ayurvedic principles, we can establish a healthy routine, dietary guidelines, and sometimes herbal supplements, tailored to the individual.  A western diagnosis is not necessary.  Personal health is connected to mind, body and soul, and Ayurveda can help us more deeply connect with and adhere to what we know to be best for our personal well-being.

Adena also offers Ayurvedic Massage and other Ayurvedic bodywork.  The Snehana Massage technique utilizes gentle, slow touch and warm oil to ground scattered energy, calm the nervous system and nourish the bodily tissues.  Call or email any time for more information about Ayurveda or her services.
